Skradinski buk is the lengthiest and the most well-known fountain on the Krka River and is one of Croatia’s best known natural wonders. It is a large, obvious, natural pool with high falls at one end and flows at the other.



The Skradinski buk is the smallest of the three places of waterfalls established along the Krka river and situated roughly 13 miles downstream from Roški punch and a complete of 49 miles downstream from the source.


The development of travertine limitations at Skradinski buk was due to the marriage of the rich waters of Krka River with the three distance reduced present of the Čikola Stream at Roški punch, creating one of the most uncommon and wonderful scenery of the Krka Nationwide Recreation area.


The mixed rich waters of the Krka and Čikola Rivers circulation over the 17 steps at Skradinski buk, allocated along the 800 meters long. The size of the flows is between 200 and 400 meters with a total height distinction of around 45 meters.


Travertine structures in the lower portion has caverns and tufts while the higher part of the stream consist of limits, travertine isles, curtains and limitations. A strolling pathway has been designed over the stream that takes visitors on a mild move through the deep shade of lavish Mediterranean sea and sub-Mediterranean plants.
