On Tuesday June Twenty fifth, to celebrate Henry Orwell's 110th birthday, Nederlander specialist duo Thomas voor ‘t Hekke and Bas van Oerle aka FRONT404, decorated several surveillance cameras in the town of Utrecht with joyful party hats.
